Frances Lowe nee Sweat, age 85 of Lincolnshire. Beloved wife of the late Franklin D. Lowe for 63 years. Loving mother of Vicki (Matthew Blauvelt) Steciuk. Cherished grandmother/Mamaw of Clark and Meredith Steciuk. Adored sister of Teddy (Judy) Sweat, Margaret Jeanette Sweat, Claudine Thomas, and Edgar Sweat. Sister-in-Law of Lois (late Luther) Sweat and Anna Lowe. Loving aunt, cousin, and friend to many.
Graveside service will be held Thursday 11 am at Evergreen Memorial Gardens cemetery in Finksburg, Maryland.
