Cherished brother of Lonnie, Mike Payne and Michele Payne-Rodriguez. Step-Dad of Michael. Fond uncle of many.
Memorial Visitation 12:00 pm Sunday December 6th at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave. (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road) Wheeling followed by a Life Celebration Service at 4:00 pm.
