George W. Shields, age 86, of Wheeling. Devoted husband of Joanne for 63 years. Loving father of Donna Jones, Michael Shields (Liz Tannehill), Mary Odegaard and the late Marty Shields. Grandfather of Christy, Anthony, Elizabeth, Melissa and Amanda. Great-grandfather of six. Dear brother of Dorothy Kendall and Barbara Garapolo. Fond uncle of many. In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of your choice appreciated. Memorial Visitation Sunday 1-4pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S Milwaukee Ave. Wheeling, IL.
