Celso S. Mendoza, 41, of Palatine. Loving husband of Carmela Rocio Mendoza. Cherished father of Iliana, Angelica, Oscar and Bibi. Dear son of Etelvina (Angel) Monroy. Beloved brother of Gregorio(Anaeli) Mendoza, Sophia and Cristina Monroy. Fond uncle of David and Jennifer Mendoza and many others. Visitation Wednesday 3-8pm at Kolssak Funeral Home. 189 S Milwaukee Ave. Funeral Prayers Thursday 9:15am at the funeral home followed by a 10am Life Celebration Mass at St. Joseph the Worker Church, 181 W Dundee Wheeling. Interment to follow in All Saints Cemetery, 700 N River Road. Des Plaines IL.
