Obituary of Suzanne L Zimmerman

Suzanne L. Zimmerman nee Vize age 83 of Buffalo Grove formerly of St. Louis. Beloved wife of the late James F. Lynch and the late John Zimmerman. Loving mother of Mary Sue (Bruce) Jensen, James (Renee) Lynch, Elizabeth (Tom) Besch, Anne Lynch and David (Tracy) Lynch. Dear grandmother of Kevin (Logan), Zachary, Katelyn, Elise, Tommy, Emily, Christy, TJ, David, Jake, Kelly and Chloe. Great grandmother of Sawyer and Rhys. Fond sister of the late, LeRoy, Paul, David, Dixie and Randy Vize. Aunt of many. Best friend Phyllis Matthews. Suzanne loved her Jesus, her family and life. She lived her life fearlessly, always taking on new challenges and opportunities to learn. She had been many things, among them an elevator operator at Busch Brewery in St. Louis, an RN working in the NICU, Labor & Delivery, Nursing Homes and as a Psych nurse when she retired. She was a flight attendant for TWA, and a Certified Graphologist. She took flying lessons, learned to fence, and rode a motorcycle. She also loved music and could play the piano and violin. She was a devout Catholic and studied for years to become a Third Order Carmelite. She put all others before herself, and could make anyone feel special. Visitation Friday 3-8pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road) Wheeling. Life Celebration Mass Saturday 10:00 am at St. Mary Catholic Church, Buffalo Grove, 10 North Buffalo Grove, IL. Interment St. Mary Cemetery.
