Obituary of Rebecca Berry

Rebecca Berry nee Kochheiser, 61 of Wheeling, beloved wife of Russell Berry for 30 years. Loving mother of Kathryn (Robert Breedlove) and Matthew (Andrea Dell’Aquila) Berry. Fond sister of Terry (Michael Ann) of Mt. Vernon, Ohio and Ray (Sharon) Kochheiser of Lexington, Ohio. Cherished aunt of three nieces and three nephews. Rebecca received her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from West Suburban Hospital School of Nursing and her Masters Degree in Pediatric Nursing from Northern Illinois University. After spending the first half of her career as a nurse in hospitals, she entered the corporate world and was employed at Baxter Healthcare and Coram Healthcare. She ultimately became president of her own corporation called Creative Healthcare Resources, Inc., specializing in Continuing Education. She was an active member of Kingswood United Methodist Church in Buffalo Grove for 35 years. Rebecca was a member of the choir and often baked meals and desserts for families in need. She was famous in the community for her cookies. Rebecca was proud to be named National Girl of the Year during her teenage years. Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
