Patricia J. Pieniazek nee Hazack age 82 of Grayslake formerly of Wheeling and Chicago. Beloved wife of the late Edwin “Happy” Pieniazek. Loving mom of Terry (Maribeth) Pieniazek and Lynn (Kevin) Willis. Cousin, aunt and friend of too many to count. Pat loved being active around town with her yorkie Lily.
Visitation Friday 3-8 pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave. (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road) Wheeling. Life Celebration Service Saturday 10:00 am at the funeral home.
