Joan Eckstein nee Winandy age 86 of Prospect Heights formerly of Northbrook. Beloved wife of the late Roy Eckstein. Loving mom of Mark (Marie) Eckstein, Patricia (Fabio) Murillo, Ann Ruechardt, Ginny Murphy and the late Tom Eckstein. Dear grandma of Eric (Ariel), Joseph, Kevin, Corinne, Philip and Sam. Fond sister of the late Dolores Mueller. Aunt and cousin of many.
Visitation Sunday 2-6 pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave. (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road) Wheeling and will continue Monday at 9:30 am St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church, 411 N. Wheeling Road, Prospect Heights, IL followed by a 10:30 am Life Celebration Mass. Interment St. Peter’s Cemetery, Skokie.
