Holly Ann Watkins nee Perring age 70 of Wheeling. Beloved wife of Arthur “Art” Watkins for 50 years. Loving mom of John and Jeff Watkins. Fond sister of Penny (Don) Kice and Alice (late Vernon) Mueller. Aunt and cousin of many. Holly retired from Household Finance after 21 years of service and was a hostess at Bob Chinn’s Crab House for nine years.
