Obituary of William Halstead

William “Bill” Halstead, age 60 of Wheeling. Husband of Tracy Halstead nee Peterson. Loving father of Jamie (Fabio) Avona, Jenna (John) Rickard, Jessica, and Jasmine Halstead. Adored grandfather of August, Archer, and William. Fond son of Raymond Halstead and the late Joan Halstead. Son in law of Nancy Sutton. Cherished brother of Annamarie Halstead, Maryann Villanueva, and the late Matthew Halstead. Loving uncle, cousin, brother in law, and friend to many. A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, February 29 from 1-3 pm at Chevy Chase Country Club. There will be time to share stories and celebrate Bill’s life during the visitation.
