Obituary of Jean DeVito

Jean DeVito nee Berberich age 85 of Wheeling since 1956, died peacefully surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Guy DeVito for 58 years. Dear mother of Dan (Mindy), Terry (Roxanne) and David (Sara) DeVito. Loving grandmother of Julie (Gary) Roback, Sarah (Mike) Lampignano, Dan (Jackie), Patrick (Caroline) and Ashly DeVito. Great grandmother of eleven. Fond sister of the late Harriet, Fleur and Harry. Aunt of many. Jean dedicated herself to her 3 sons and her husband who loved her homemade spaghetti sauce. She loved her daily routine of driving and shopping at her favorite stores and drove until her final days. She was a proud member of The Red Hat Society, an active member at St. Joseph the Worker and an avid Blackhawk and Sox Fan. Visitation Thursday 3-8 pm. Funeral Prayers Friday 9:15 am at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road) Wheeling for a 10 am Life Celebration Mass at St. Joseph the Worker Parish.
