I don’t know how to start this off when I’m still lost for words. Ivan was a little brother to me, 12 years of friendship which grew into us being best friends and brothers for life. We have been threw it all together and always kept in touched and checked up on one another to make sure we were both doing good. Ivan in my eyes was always and will be a very good husband, a great father to his both beautiful kids and a one of a kind bestfriend that no one can ever replace. I miss you brother (No homo) what me and Ivan would say when we texted each other that lol. But i really am going to miss you the most and i love you little brother. My heart will never be the same and i send my love and condolences to your wife, kids and family. Sincerely your big brother for ever, David G.

He was always so helpful (absolutely went out of his way all the time to help me), but more importantly just a wonderful person to talk to and be around. He will be remember fondly by so many. Ivan and I worked at Kraft together and I'd always see him in the cafeteria early in the morning with his bright smile followed by "what chu' doing boiiiiiiii!" A happy, outgoing, and caring individual that made the day that much better and would joke about heating up his pancakes every morning. Thanks for bringing sunshine and always saying 'hi' and making me feel included at work. Always looked forward to our jokes and hearing "what chu' doing boiiiiiiiiiii" every morning or every time we crossed paths in the hallway. Sending condolences to his family, friends, and community. Ivan will truly be missed. :(

Ivan is my sister’s best friend! He is my nieces godfather. My sister and him grew up together. He always had a smile on his face. The last time I saw him was on his birthday, we went to the MANA concert with my whole family and his wife. I was crying almost the whole concert. It was such a fun concert! And that is the last memory I have of him. The songs made me cry in general and now they have a whole different meaning. He will always be remembered. Ivan que descanses en paz.
