Loving father of Phil (Kathy) Vargas, Tom Vargas, Armando (late Susan) Vargas, Araceli (Craig Brown) Vargas and the late Arnulfo (Susan) Vargas Jr. Dear grandpa of Damian, Krystal (Nicolas), Savanna, Sophia, and Alexandria. Great grandfather of Xavier, Sabrina and Kailynn. Fond brother of Elvira (Rodolfo) Reyes, Guadalupe (Jose) Trijullo, Linda (late Juan) Salinas, Willie (Suzy) Vargas, Jose “Joe” (Kristine) Vargas, John Vargas, Tomasa Vargas and the late Larry (Elida) Vargas, Roma (late Tino) Olvera.
