My fondest memory is showing up at the same time at the Old Timers breakfast. You made it into the building before me and paid for my breakfast. I then in turn purchased raffle tickets and gave you half even though you tried to decline them. I said oh no, you paid for me it’s only fair that I give you half the tickets! When the called the number you were holding the winning ticket and yelled Sherri we won! It was over a $400 dollar pot and you gave me half the winnings. See how one good deed turned into another good deed and we both won that day my friend. You are seriously one of the sweetest men I know and I was blessed to have you as my friend. Rest In Peace Eric. Prayers to your loving with Kim.

I will always remember Eric as a burley joy of happiness! Though I did not see Eric as often, he would reach out to me over messenger asking how I was doing. His messages were always inspiring, kind and funny! He always seemed to be there when times were hard for me without even knowing it. My heart goes out to Kim and the entire Fischer family. I love you all so much!

Eric and I were friends in grade school and middle school. So I have no pictures to share via my iPhone from those times... maybe that was a good thing in some cases.
Mr (Babe) and Mrs (Gail) Fischer always welcomed me and others for dinner in the wheeling neighborhood on willie.
Lots of good memories.
