Richard “Dick” Garnett, 77, of Wheeling. Loving husband of Ilene née Letson for 57 years. Beloved father to Gloria (Mike) Geimer and Richard(Beth) Garnett. Cherished grandfather of Jennifer (Bill) Hild, Mandy, Jacob(Maggie), and Abigail Geimer. Dear great grandfather of Conor and Audrey Hild. Fond brother to Diane(the late Angelo) Mattioli, the late James(Sharon) and Roland Garnett. Proud member of Local 597 Pipefitters for over 50 years. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday at 4pm followed by a Life Celebration Service at 7pm at Arlington Countryside Church. Inurnment private. In lieu of flowers donations to Arlington Countryside Church (916 East Hintz Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004) are appreciated.For Funeral info 847.537.6600
