Leanne M. Zitzmann (nee Garnett), 48, of Buffalo Grove, IL, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2013 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. She was born October 26, 1964 in Park Ridge, Illinois, the daughter of (the late) Jay and Sharon Garnett. She was a lifelong resident of Buffalo Grove and a graduate of Buffalo Grove High School. She was the sister of Lisa (Dave) Niemeyer and Kelly McDonald. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, David C. Zitzmann. They were married on February 14, 1984. Their children: Justin (Sara), Jay, and Joe. Her granddaughters; Baelyn and Georgette. Leanne is also survived by ten nieces and nephews. Memorial Visitation Wednesday 6pm followed by a Life Celebration Service 7pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave. (2 blocks south of Dundee Rd.) Wheeling, IL.
