Where do I start? It started back in1981. I was a second year electrician apprentice when I was sent to Okeh Electric and wouldn’t, you know Pete drew the short straw and became my journeyman and foreman. I didn’t realize it then but later in my career just how lucky I was to have been under his direction. Okeh was a small shop with some really great people from the top down and I will always remember those times. Thanks to Pete’s patience, guidance and sometimes a little extra push I’m still in the trade. I hope that I have been as good of a teacher and example to the apprentices that have worked with me as what Pete was too me. I could go on and on with stories during the 8 plus years we worked together. To Karen, Tony and Jamie. Thanks for sharing Pete. He will be missed. Unfortunately I will not be able to be at the memorial due to family obligations. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Terry Garland
