Aunt Liz if the kindness souls were rewarded with long lives you my sunshine aunty wouldn’t die. It really pains my heart I will no longer have you around I’m going to miss your kind soul,chatting with you and drowning myself in your contagious hearty laughter miss your video calls where you would say”my neicey look what I have got you” you know I cannot pass a size 6or 61/2 shoe for you my sunshine “ next comes the hearty laugh Thank you for allowing me to visit Chicago; where I was able to reunite with my grandma and my aunt Elma; meeting my sister René , my uncle Neville, aunts Ajjie, Sandra and my many cousins and extended family members and friends for the first time. Thank you aunty. Love you in life and love you in death. Until we meet on the beautiful shore. Sleep on my beloved Aunty Elizabeth Margaret Franklin

If I could, I would rewind time. I would ask for another game of dominoes. I would ask you to show me how to cook cornmeal porridge one more time. I would ask you to sing to my babies and teach them their writing and reading. I would love to go on one more long car ride. I would do anything to hear you laugh until you are weak again. I just wish I had more time with you. I cherish your spirit, your unconditional love, your lessons, your patience. Your heart was so beautiful and so pure, the love that poured from you felt around the globe. Every day I remind my children of your moral attributes, and how we should keep clean and tidy, and help one another. 'Just talk to them, they will understand' you would tell me. I wish I could just call you one more time and pick up a conversation. Pray together. I can't wait until we meet again. I aspire to be just one ounce as loving and classy as you. Give Grandma Ava a kiss for me. Watch over us. We love you endlessly Auntie Liz!

My memories of auntie Liz. I was about 14/15 she came to Jamaica and she came by my house . I asked her how did she find me .
