Obituary of Maria & Norbert Zabinski

Maria Elena Zabinski nee Lopez age 87 and Norbert Joseph Zabinski age 89 of Northbrook. Beloved parents of Michael (Regina) Zabinski, Nora (Simon) Romo, Susan Benitez, Carol Brewer, Alan (Rose) Zabinski, and Jean Kondraros. Cherished grandparents of Julia, Erin (Adrian), Matthew (Kit), Nathan (Amy), Jesse, Maria, Triston, Melissa, Thor, Terica, Paul, Tommy, and Elle. Great grandparents of Elena, Santiago, Vicente and Anthony. Norbert’s sister is Sharon (late Gary) Holtane and the late Ronald Zabinski. Maria’s siblings are the late Stati and Carlos. Norbert was a proud Marine Veteran. We are extremely thankful for the care and support given by Felipe and Emma that made our parents’ final days comfortable. Visitation Thursday 10:00 am followed by a Combined Life Celebration at 11:00 am at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave. (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road) Wheeling and we will process to St. Adalbert Cemetery for a graveside service.
