My Thoughts and Prayers are with you all. My heart breaks that another Dean family member has earned their wings this year. We seen Billy in July. He was happy and smiling. His cats will miss him terribly as well as family and friends. Fly high my friend and say hello to Linda and Jeffrey Dean. God Bless!

I'm heartbroken to learn of your passing, Billy. We weren't close friends in school, or thereafter, but I remember you as always being kind, funny, always helpful, and without any pretense whatsoever. It's my hope that you lived a well enjoyed and fulfilling life, and that your journey to eternity is a beautiful one. I will miss not knowing you better. My loss, for certain. I will do my best to be inspired by this loss, to live with more presence in the lives of those around me, and those whom I should make it a point to surround myself with. I hope you had the joy of knowing and experiencing true love in this life. I have no doubt you were well loved and liked by many. I wish those who you leave behind, a life of abundance. Rest in peace my friend. You will be missed. You will not be forgotten.
