I am heartbroken. Carol was an absolute treasure, and I will miss her more than I can say. She worked for me from 1999 until her retirement and she was not only an amazing employee, but she was a dear friend as well. Everyone she worked with at Baxter/Hospitex/Encompass adored her and the customers did too. She was also an accomplished clinical writer and speaker and represented our company at many major industry events. After she retired, in addition to exchanging cards at Christmas and an occasional Facebook message, I made sure we spoke live at least twice a year...on her birthday in September and on Orthodox Easter. I was so looking forward to our next phone call later this month. Rest in peace sweetie. Love you. Janice Larson

Carol welcomed me at Ascension with a smile and her gentle way. Soon after, Carol became a mentor to me, someone I wanted to emulate - to have Christ in my heart, help others, love my Parish, and be the best Orthodox Christian I can be!
