James “Jim” Schanaberger, age 80 of Buffalo Grove. Beloved husband of the late Retta Schanaberger. Loving father of Don (Jen) and Paul (Bree) Schanaberger and Sandi (Andy) Hucker. Adored grandfather of Marshall, Skylar, Logan, Maizee, and Miles. Cherished brother of Patricia Schanaberger, Anne (late Robert) McGriff, Mary Ellen (Kevin) Pitstick and the late Charles (late Christine) and Joseph (Joann) Schanaberger. Loving uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
Memorial visitation Friday November 4th from 3 pm to 8 pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S Milwaukee Ave (2 Blocks South of Dundee Rd), Wheeling. Life celebration mass the following day at 10 am at St. Joseph the Worker Church, 181 W Dundee Rd, Wheeling. Inurnment private.
