Julie A Scrivner nee Giovannetti age 67 of Wheeling. Beloved wife of the late Donald Scrivner. Loving mother of Donald Scrivner and Jaclyn Scrivner. Cherished daughter of Lauretta (nee Brancaccio) and the late Ettore Giovannetti. Fond sister of Anthony (Cheryl) Giovannetti, Robert Giovannetti, Laureen (Mark) Andre, and Daniel (Judy) Giovannetti.
