Jo Ann Siena nee Majka, age 66, died peacefully on January 19, 2013 surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband, Dennis, of Buffalo Grove; children Sheryl (Brian) Vlk, of Downers Grove; Pete (Leila) of Ottawa; Dave (Karen) of Palatine; and Dennis (Elizabeth) of Libertyville and her grandchildren Bethany and Henry Vlk, Kathryn, Josephine, Jacob, Dylan, Griffin, Colin, Gavin and Ainsley Siena. Visitation Thursday 3-8 PM at Kolssak Funeral Home 189 S. Milwaukee Ave (2 Blocks south of Dundee Rd) Wheeling. Visitation will continue on Friday, from 10:30 a.m. until the Life Celebration Mass at 11 AM at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 North Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Private.
