Jerome T. Chmura, age 68, of Schaumburg. Loving husband of Judith nee Kraft. Devoted father of Cindy (Eric Minehart) Chmura and Craig (Renee) Chmura. Beloved grandfather of Cameron and Kayden Chmura. Fond uncle of Matthew (Maureen) and Kristopher (Meg) Marienthal. Visitation Sunday 2-7pm at Kolssak Funeral Home 189 S Milwaukee Ave (2 blocks South of Dundee) Wheeling. Funeral Mass 10 am Monday at St. Marcelline Church 822 Springinsguth Rd. Schaumburg. Interment Private.
