Patricia Ann Gulinski, of Lincolnshire passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness with family at her bedside to join her Maker on December 8, 2012. She was born November 2, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Ervin and Clara Rokosh, Sr. In 1975, Patricia was united in marriage to Chris Gulinski. Patricia was a remarkably unselfish and caring woman who always placed family, friends and co-workers first. Her proudest accomplishment as a parent was the pride she took raising her two children knowing many of their ambitions and goals were realized. She was an executive assistant for the CEO at Jewel Food Companies and an administrative assistant with Aon-Hewitt, her second family, for the past eighteen years. While at Hewitt, she enjoyed a loving and supporting cast of fellow team members and associates. Patricia is survived by her husband Chris Gulinski; two children Kristin Gulinski and Christopher Gulinski; sister Joanne West, brother-in-law Jerome West and niece Elizabeth; brother Ervin Rokosh, sister-in-law Dawn Rokosh and two nephews, Steven and William. A memorial Mass service will be held at Saint Patrick Church, 950 West Everett Road, Lake Forest, Illinois on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. For funeral info: 847-537-6600 or www.funerals.pro
