Obituary of Richard E. Gibbons

Richard E. “Dick” Gibbons, age 85, Lincolnshire. Beloved husband of Dorothy nee Herde. Loving father of Jeanne Moldenhauer and Joanne Wheeler. Devoted grandfather of Heather Wheeler. Dear brother of Ronald, Marylee and the late Robert. Fond uncle and great uncle of many. Cherished friend of many. Richard was the chairman of Energy Concepts Inc., he devoted his life to technical training and science education. In lieu of flowers donations to the Gibbons Scholarship Fund would be appreciated. Visitation Sunday noon to 5pm at Kolssak Funeral Home 189 S. Milwaukee Ave. (2 blocks South of Dundee) Wheeling. Life Celebration Service Monday 11am at the funeral home. Interment to follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
