Hilda Chmielarczyk nee Jaworski, 94, of Buffalo Grove. Dear wife of the late Teodor Chmielarczyk. Beloved mother of Alana Bruczkowski and the late Zygmund Chmielarczyk. Cherished grandmother of Jason Bruczkowski and Erica nee Bruczkowski (Patrick) Bekas. Visitation Friday, September 19th, from 10:00 am until noon. Followed by a Life Celebration Service at noon at Kolssak Funeral Home (2 blocks south of Dundee Road). Interment at St. Adalbert Cemetery. For Funeral info 847.537.6600
