Mary F. McManus, of Wheeling formerly of Oak Park. Beloved daughter of the late Bernard and Marie (nee Kennedy) McManus, devoted sister of John (Rosemary) McManus and the late Bishop William E and late Robert McManus. Fond aunt of Martin (Mary) McManus, Anne-Marie (Stefano) Leone and Mari-Rose (Rob) Lange. Proud grand aunt of Joseph and John McManus, Andrea Alessandro, Daniele Leone, and Carter Lange. 1939 graduate of Rosary College (Dominican University). Supervisor for many years of Chicago Public School Libraries and prior to retirement for many years principal of Louisa May Alcott School, Chicago.
Visitation Saturday 9:30 am at the Addolorata Villa Parlor, 555 McHenry Road, Wheeling, IL followed by at Life Celebration Mass at 11:00 am in the Addolorata Villa Chapel. Interment All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to The Bishop McManus Baby Room, Marillac Social Center, 212 South Francisco Ave, Chicago, IL 60612 (Attention Maureen Hallagan) appreciated.
