Ottavio “Otto” Cacchione age 84 of Wheeling. Beloved husband of the late Milada “Meme” nee Pracko. Loving father of Michael (Teri), Mark (Karen) and Steven (Jenny) Cacchione. Dear grandfather of Karissa (Bryan Riley), Joseph, Alexander, Rachel, Andrew, Brandon, Bo and Addisyn. Fond brother and uncle of many. Life Celebration Service 11:00 Friday at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road) Wheeling. Interment Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 3-8 pm.
