Thomas Lane Kilpatrick age 82 of Prospect Heights Illinois and Buffalo Grove Illinois. Beloved husband of Elizabeth nee O’Connell for 56 years. Loving father of Kevin (Patricia Sparreo), Kimberly and Kerry Kilpatrick. Dear grandfather of Graham, Molly, Logan and Chandler. Fond brother of Daniel (Barbara) Kilpatrick and Joanne (Jim) Mortensen. Cherished uncle of many. Tom was a proud member of Son’s of the American Revolution. Visitation Thursday August 21, 2014 9:00-10:30 am at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave. (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road) Wheeling. Life Celebration Mass 11:00 am at St. Mary Catholic Church, Buffalo Grove. Interment St. Mary Cemetery.
