Jerry W. Vantrease, age 51, of Tamarac FL formerly of Chicago, IL. Loving brother of Dena (Patrick) Fleming and Dennis (Gemma) Vantrease. Beloved uncle of Jaime, Wesley and Rebecca Vantrease. Devoted son of the late Walter and Ruby Vantrease. Jerry was a proud employee of Whole Foods Market for 19 years. Jerry was an avid Chicago Bears and Blackhawks fan. Visitation Saturday 9-11am at Kolssak Funeral Home 189 S Milwaukee Ave (2 blocks South of Dundee) Wheeling followed by an 11am Life Celebration Service at the funeral home.
