Jean A. Schmidt age 86 formerly of Arlington Heights. Beloved wife of the late Harry “Bud” Schmidt for 52 years. Loving mother of Linda (Vince) Contino, Cindy (Joe) Fuchs, Donna (Ron) Baer, Gretchen (Rick) Howe and Heidi (Tom) Colonna. Dear grandmother of Jennifer (Dan), Meg (Kyle), Mandy (Allen), Katie (Matt), Ryan (Nikki), Brittany, Brooke (Vince), Tiffany (Gary), Chrissy, KateLynn and Courtney. Great grandma of Danny, Brennan, Skylar, Asher, Layla and Mason. Jean was the Head Cook at Arlington High School.
Visitation Thursday 9 - 11:00 am at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road) followed by a Life Celebration at 11:00 am. Interment Ridgewood Cemetery.
