Dear papa of Nathan, Grace, Joshua and Andrew Fowler. Brother in-law of Donna (Joe) Blackwell, Diana (Roger) Christ and the late Raul (Cathy) Esquivel and Bob Esquivel. Cherished cousin of Diane (Tom) Weisenburger and the late Judy (Keith) Swayne.
Visitation Tuesday 3-8 pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave. (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road) Wheeling. Life Celebration Service Wednesday 11:00 am. Interment Vernon Township Cemetery.
