Robert G. Peter age 83 of Wheeling. Beloved husband of Dolores nee Papineau for 60 years. Loving father of Robert (Rosemary) Peter, Karen Peter and Kathleen (Russ) Staufenbiel. Dear grandpa of seven. Great grandfather of four. Fond brother of Frances (late Norman) Joseph, Mary (late Walter) Hoffmeister and the late Lillian Rowell. Uncle of many. Visitation Wednesday 3-8 pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road) Wheeling and will lie in-state Thursday 10:00 am at North Northfield United Methodist Church, 797 Sanders Road, Northbrook, IL followed a Life Celebration Service at 11:00 am.
