Catherine Virginelli nee Castronova age 91 of Palatine.  Beloved wife of the late Mario Virginelli . Loving mother of Michael (Stephanie) Virginelli, Jim (Colleen) Virginelli, and Kathy (Mike) Charles . Dear grandmother of Gina (late Paul), Michael, Eddie (Amanda), Nick, Matt (Rachel), Peter and Amy. Great grandmother of Anna, Derek, Justin, Angelina,  Logan, Alexandrea, Michael, Nathan, Adam, Sophia, Tyler and Emma. Cherished sister of Tom (late Esther) Castronova and the late Rose (late Pat) Vitacco, Jack (late Nancy) Castronova, Ann (late Louis) Dispensa, Sonny (late Jo) Castronova, Frank (Mary Ann) Castronova and Sam (late Arlene) Castronova.  Aunt of many.

Visitation Wednesday 3-8 pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave. (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road) Wheeling.  Funeral prayers Thursday 9:15 am at the funeral home followed by a 10:00 am Life Celebration Mass at St. Mary Catholic Church, Buffalo Grove.  Inurnment at a later date in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine, IL.  In lieu of flowers donations to JourneyCare Hospice at www.journeycare.org or Symphony of Buffalo Grove, 150 N Weiland Rd.
