Jeffrey Fernandez aka Jeffrey Fern age 55 of Wadsworth formerly of Wheeling.  Beloved husband of Beth Fernandez nee Caylor. Loving father of Christina (Juan) Moreno and Brandon Fern.  Dear grandpa of Erick, Maria, Bella, Alex, Christian and Olivia.  Beloved son of Raymond (Yolanda) Fern II and Sherry (Albert) Montemayor. Fond brother of Wendy (Oscar) Quezada, Raymond (Trudy) Fern III, Kevin Fern, Monty Montemayor, and the late Stephen Fern. Nephew of Betty (late Harold) Pontious. Uncle and cousin of many. 

Memorial Visitation Thursday 4:00 pm until time of Life Celebration Service at 7:30 pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S.
