Dear Family,
I am a retired teacher of District 21. I started my career in special education, and remember Jerry as a great support to me and my students. He was never too busy to listen or assist me. I remember him as a very kind and patient man.
I am very sorry for your loss, and will keep your family in my prayers.

Dear Dale and Kiffle family. I graduated from Jack London class of 69. Mr. Kiffle was one of the rarest of educators who I feel had a profound positive effect on my life. He gave me second chances where others would not have. Simply put, He taught me how to be a good person. I think my life turned out well and Mr. Kiffle was someone who I owe for that. I will always consider him my friend.

Mrs. Kiffel, Kris, Karen and Dale, my condolences for the loss of such a great man. Mr. Kiffel was an amazing man that everyone loved. He will truly be missed by everyone. I apologize for not being able to be present for Mr. Kiffel's celebration of life as the hurricane that hit Florida had caused havoc with the residents I case manage. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Love to all of you!
