Obituary of Andrew J. Mantelos

Andrew J. Mantelos, Veteran US Army Korean War. Loving father of John A. Mantelos and Mary Monica (David) Grier. Devoted son of the late John and Penelope Mantelos; dear brother of Katherine (the late Peter J.) Janus, Antonia (the late John) Moloitis and the late Sam Mantelos; fond uncle of Verra Rudolfi, Peter Jr. (Kara) Janus, and great-uncle of many. Andrew served as an American Legion Past Commander Post #232, AmVets Past Commander Post #243, Chicago Northshore Elks Lodge #1316 Past Exalted Ruler. Family and friends will meet Friday, October 6, 2017, 10:00 am at St Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 10301 S. Kolmar Ave. Oak Lawn, IL followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am.
