Obituary of Peggy Ammer

Peggy Ammer nee Loftus, age 59 of Wheeling, passed away peacefully on December 1st. Loving wife to Matt Ammer of 35 years. Adored mother to Erin (James) Mulkewich and Matt Ammer. Daughter of the late Beatrice and Joseph Loftus. Cherished sister to Michael (JoEllen), Joseph (Patti), and Timothy (Cathy) Loftus, Patsy, Mary (Jim), and the late Betty (Bernie). Sister-in-law to Martin (Mairie), Jerome (Jim), Lawrence (Barbara), Mark (Carolyn), Eileen (Ken), and the late Patricia (William). Beloved Aunt and Great Aunt and cousin to many. Life-long partner in crime to Debbie Polli. Second mother to Jennifer Gattis and second grandmother to Emily and Julie.

Peggy was a lover of animals. She was a lover of life and adventure. Peggy will be greatly missed by every life she touched.

Visitation will be held Tuesday December 5th at 3pm at Kolssak Funeral Home (189 S Milwaukee Ave.) followed by a life celebration service at 7pm.
