Carol “Beth” Teston-Foronda age 58 of Wheeling.  Beloved sister of Agnes (Sean) Moshiri, Naomi Teston, Benjamin (Glenda) Teston, Aaron (David) Teston and Paul Teston.  Loving aunt of Joseph Teston, Ryne Teston, Jesse Teston, Mitch Teston, Joel Teston, Franko Teston, Cyrus Moshiri, Samantha Moshiri, Katie Teston, Miko Harn, Jasmine Teston and Bella Teston. Cousin and friend of many both here and in Baras, Philippines.
