Madonna Holt, age 63, of Prairie View formerly of Buffalo Grove. Loving wife of the late Jon. Caring mother of Jack (Pam), Dan (Kim) and Tim. Proud grandmother of Claire, Jon, William and Ellie. Beloved sister of Jim, Larry (Lee), Rick (Nancy), Tom (Stacey) and Chris (Sandi) Seidl. Fond aunt of many. She was proceeded in death by her parents William and Agnes Seidl. Cherished daughter-in-law of Ginny Hurwitz.

Visitation Friday 3-8pm at Kolssak Funeral Home. Funeral Prayers Saturday 9:15am at the funeral home followed by a 10:00am Life Celebration Mass at St. Mary Church 10 N. Buffalo Grove Rd. Buffalo Grove. Interment to follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
