Edward F. Novotny Jr. age 81 of Wheeling. Beloved husband of Geraldine Novotny nee Tesmer. Loving father of Edward III, Lynn, Brian (Shar), and the late Richard Novotny. Adored grandfather of Cameron Novotny. Cherished uncle, cousin, and friend of many. Edward adored his dog Emma. Edward was a dedicated postal carrier for 42 years at the Wheeling Post Office.
