Obituary of Phyllis L. Haschak

Phyllis Haschak nee Pokorny age 94 of Niles.  Beloved wife of the late Joseph Haschak for 46 years.  Loving mother of Jeane D’Amico (Bob), Patty (Mark) Stachowski, Joyce (Mitch) Ross and Joe Haschak. Dear grandma of Christopher (Heather), Tricia (Adam) and Elizabeth (John). Great grandma of Amanda, Bella, and Ava.  Fond sister of the late Irene (late Wurtha) Willis, Bernadine (late Alvin) Willis, Edward Pokorny, and Seraphine (late Stanley) Madro.  Fond aunt of many. The family would like to thank the loving and caring staff at Generations at Oakton Pavilion.

Memorial Visitation Friday 11 am to 2 pm at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave. (2 Blocks South of Dundee Road), Wheeling. Inurnment private.
