Warrens passing is that of another fine gentleman who represented the best of of what made UOP a great company and one that nurtured and developed so many young engineers. Warren was one of the greats at building the company from mentoring young engineers to introducing us so positively around the world. He represented us all in opening up so many new technologies to markets in new countries. He helped launch what are now some of the largest NOC's in the world. So Sad that Warren has passed but he is leaving a legacy of one who accomplished so much more than most, and always in a kind, calm and positive way. I hope we will sail with him again in the beyond one day. O. J.

I first met Warren when I worked as a young sales engineer at UOP. When I met him, he was already in his last years as Senior VP of Marketing. He taught me many things about the business of licensing technology and relating to customers. I especially appreciated his wisdom and good judgement in negotiations and sales and I deeply admired his kind, thoughtful manner. Later I often thought about his role model behavior in dealing with people at all levels around the world. He epitomized the UOP culture of excellence, creativity, respect and camaraderie that made UOP a world class organization. I will miss him.

Warren was an extraordinary gentleman able to win the heart and mind of people thanks to his gentle and candid approach. At UOP he always showed openness of mind and ability to listen and make the right decision. We will remember Warren with great fondness. This last Christmas we received his best wishes for the New Year. Rocco and Christina Tucci.
